Job Positions
🎙️ Podcast Producer
Position Type: Contract (1099)
You’re the organizer, problem-solver, and creative bridge between vision and delivery. You plan, coordinate, and oversee every step — from pre-production through final delivery — making sure each project runs smoothly and meets our standards.
Skills: Leadership, communication, production management, attention to detail.
Experience: 1–2 years in video, film, or podcast production.
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
🎧 Video/Podcast Editor
Position Type: Contract (1099)
You bring stories to life. You’ll edit, color, and shape raw content into engaging video and audio experiences that connect with audiences and reflect the Go Rogue standard.
Skills: Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects, storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual polish.
Experience: 2–4 years editing experience and a portfolio that shows strong creative range.
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas (Local or Remote)
🎥 Production Specialist
Position Type: Contract (1099)
You keep our shoots running seamlessly — organizing gear, lighting sets, and supporting the team on-site and in-studio. You’re the detail-driven problem-solver who keeps production moving.
Skills: Lighting, camera setup, gear organization, teamwork, adaptability.
Experience: 3–5 years in production or related field (internships count!).
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
